Setting the Scene of the Series
Joshua Little Tree was the quiet kid. He was respected by his community and led a good life. As he grows into a young man full of curiosity and a sense of justice, he bravely thrusts himself into an adventure in the hopes that his desire to serve truth, goodness, and beauty will be fulfilled.
Josh allies himself with an agency known as S.C.A.B.B., which serves as the invisible shield against creatures and spirits of folklore. They are the sword that sends evil retreating into the night. Josh and his crew, the Arañitas, find themselves in the valley of a conspiracy more grave than they could have imagined; more serious than life or death. Along the journey, they learn the precious value of life and seek to protect it on both sides of the grave.
